Ricky’s mother-in-law, Anne, was diagnosed with dementia last year. Now, the fitness enthusiast has set himself a series of endurances challenges to raise vital funds for Alzheimer Scotland.

We're holding an information stall at Loch Lomond Shores. Every Voice Choir will also be performing from 12noon – 2pm. 

Come join us at Lossiemouth Beach. Meeting place will be beside the footbridge for a stroll and then relax on the beach with an ice cream!
