Brain Awareness Week 2025
It's Brain Awareness Week! This annual campaign aims to foster public enthusiasm and support for brain science. Every March, participants host imaginative activities in their communities that share the wonders of the brain, and the impact brain science has on our everyday lives.
At Alzheimer Scotland, we want to encourage people of all ages to take steps to protect their brain health. It's never too early, and never too late.
Through our prevention initiative, Brain Health Scotland, we want to empower parents with ways they can look after their kid's brains through 'STARS - My Amazing Brain' programme.
Did you know, there are as many connections between brain cells as stars in the galaxy? Using animations and activities, children imagine their brain as being full of stars and learn what healthy habits will keep their stars shining.
