What does it do?

What’s the problem?
- You have difficulty seeing a standard size clock face
- You need a way to easily keep track of the time and date
Manufacturer: Habitat
Approximate cost: £75
What to search for to buy online: habitat day clock
What I liked
Easy to set up, can sit on a shelf or attach to a wall, easy clean design, day and date displays are a good size and easily read.
Some models have a different colour background on Saturday and Sunday, this was found to be useful
What I disliked
Clock face is a little small and hard to see from a distance
The day flips over at midnight and midday, this makes a noticeable mechanical noise which can be disturbing if you wanted to use the clock in a bedroom
What is interesting
One carer found that moving the clock at regular monthly(ish) intervals helped their person remain aware of the information it shows
What I thought about it overall
Good, well made, large and easy to read clock, there are several versions, ones that show year rather than location were found more useful
