Come along to celebrate World Gaelic Week for chat in Gaelic and enjoy listening or singing along at home to some Gaelic songs with Margaret Nicolson. The group is open to anyone who is a Gaelic speaker or has an interest in Gaelic songs and language.

Following Catriona’s diagnosis of dementia and inspired by their mum’s love of the outdoors, in 2021, Caitlin and her sister Sinead and their mum undertook their 100 miles challenge. Following this Caitlin and her mum completed the 90k step challenge! 

Lisa and Kimberleigh completed a fundraising challenge to run 50 miles in one month to raise awareness of dementia and funds for Alzheimer Scotland.
