A dementia-friendly singing group in West Dumbartonshire. 

The Scottish Government are looking for input from people with lived experience to inform their National Dementia Strategy.

Racing Reminiscence.  Held on the 1st Wednesday of each month, 2.00pm-4.00pm

A low impact  chair exercise class, which is great for improving balance and suitable for all mobility levels. A great way to keep fit and have fun!

Join us for a lunch club from 12.30pm every last Wednesday of the month in Paisley. This is open to anyone living with dementia and their families/carers.
