Our AHP dementia policy is shaped evidence-based, shaped by not only people living with dementia, but also by listening to healthcare and industry experts.
The Connecting People, Connecting Support framework was developed as the result of our work undertaken with health and social care professionals, higher education institutions and AHP professional bodies through national and local engagement events and publications.
