A peer support group, for people under 65 with dementia, to share experiences, whilst gaining advice and support.

You can ask an Occupational Therapist for advice about staying active and independent, looking after your health and wellbeing and how to keeping doing the hobbies and interests you enjoy.

A chance for you to come and visit our centre in Paisley and enjoy a buffet lunch. The Dementia Advisor Carolyn, and the Activities Organiser Katie, will be on hand for any questions. We’ll also have an information stand there too.

Find out more about our Ten Pin Bowling activity for persons living with dementia and their carers in the Falkirk area. Held every Tuesday 2pm - 3.30pm.

Come along to our Community Groups and get an opportunity to speak to staff, meet with other carers or people with dementia.

A safe environment for carers to social and relax in, together.

Morning Meet-Ups are for people living with dementia. Family and carers are welcome but generally take the opportunity for a break. They are an informal, relaxed opportunity to meet and socialise with others in a similar situation. Good conversation, reminiscence, quizzes, refreshments and more!

Come along and have a chat with the team from Alzheimer Scotland Moray. We will be there from 2-4pm with information about dementia and hints and tips on how to keep your brain healthy.

Come along to the carers support group to chat to other carers and the Dementia Advisor whilst your cared for can enjoy an activity session with our Activities Organiser in another room in the community centre.
