Scotland’s Dementia Awards recognise what can be achieved when people work together to improve the lives of people with dementia. We want to hear from local communities and care sector professionals who are committed to enhancing the health, well-being and experience of people with dementia and their families; as well as those helping others to gain a better understanding of dementia both professionally and personally.
Scotland’s Dementia Awards is proudly delivered in partnership with Alzheimer Scotland, NHS Education for Scotland and Scottish Social Services Council in celebration of World Alzheimer’s Day.
