A monthly carers support group that is open to all carers and families of people living with dementia

Football Memories is a unique partnership between Alzheimer Scotland and the Scottish Football Museum Trust that uses memories of football to improve the lives of people with dementia.

Join us at St Mirren Park, Paisley, PA3 1RU on the second and fourth Monday of the month to talk about the beautiful game, and share memories of teams, players and games of the past. Kick off from 2pm!

Social gathering for people with dementia, their family members and carers, to share experiences with others who have similar experiences. 

A low impact  chair exercise class, which is great for improving balance and suitable for all mobility levels. A great way to keep fit and have fun!

Join us for a lunch club from 12.30pm every last Wednesday of the month in Paisley. This is open to anyone living with dementia and their families/carers. 

Come and join us at The Park Church in Giffnock on the first Tuesday of every month for a sing-along, a cuppa and a blether! For anyone living with dementia, their families and friends.

Your local Dementia Link Worker can provide five key pillars of post-diagnostic support, flexible to suit your needs.
