What we offer

The centre aims to support people with dementia, their families, relatives and friends at any stage of the illness. The following support is on offer:

• Information and advice.
• Community activities for people with dementia and carers.
• Day care.
• Home Support for people who are under 65. 
• Day Opportunities for people who are under 65.
• Carer support groups.
• Specific support groups for people with dementia under 65, including a counselling service.
