Many of our supporters honour their loved ones by leaving a gift in their memory, often through funeral collections. Many of our supporters also decide to start up a Forget-Me-Not Fund with their loved one’s funeral collection. This is another positive step to take, and a very personal decision that you and your family may want to discuss together.
At a time that’s right for you, you may decide to set up a Fund in the name of someone special. We will only do this when you ask us to. Simply email us at [email protected] or call 0131 243 1453 with your details and the name of the person you’re remembering. We’ll set up your personalised Fund and let you know the total of all gifts we receive in tribute to your loved one.
At any time in the future, if you, your family and friends go on to support Alzheimer Scotland in other ways, we’ll gather together all of your fundraising in your special Fund. Family and friends may choose to remember your loved one by making gifts on special occasions. There are so many ways you can help us, and the choice of when and how you support us is entirely up to you. As your Fund grows, we’ll let you know the positive differences you’ll be making to change the lives of others.
Thank you so much for supporting our cause while remembering someone close to your heart.
With your support we can reach even more people in Scotland living with dementia, and face the future together with confidence.
