Action on Rights team
Over lockdown we highlighted the need for an additional dedicated contact point to support families of those living in Scotland’s care homes leading to the establishment of our Action on Rights team. The team work with families as a mediator with the care home, facilitating constructive discussions and helping families have the confidence to make their voices heard. The focus is empowering conversation, not confrontation.
